Sprint Retrospective Meeting Minutes

What went wrong?

• Did we do a good job estimating our team's velocity?
  • We did fine estimating work speed, but were not detailed enough in our requirements to properly assess success.

• Did we do a good job estimating the points (time required) for each user story?
  • We met our estimated time, but given how we did not properly formulate requirements, this is an inaccurate measurement of efficiency.

• Did each team member work as scheduled?
  • Team members are adapting to the collaborative schedule and intend to fulfill responsibilities moving forward.

What went right?

• The meetings with the Product Owners were very helpful in fleshing out details and the Moscow scope of the project.

How to address the issues in the next sprint?

• How to improve the process?
  • Have user stories and features be more precise in the exact nature of success. This will be done collaboratively, in order to manage expectations based on the abilities and strengths of the team.

• How to improve the product?
  • In this case, we will work with the product owner to specify the MVP.
